Your Hosts 

Rob is a kiwi (New Zealander) who travelled extensively for 3 years and spent another 19 years in Austin, Texas before returning to NZ in 2002 to open Tauhara Sunrise. Rob's passions include wine, music and fishing. His cellar features primarily New Zealand and Australian wines. He has an extensive CD collection. And, having been bitten by the fly-fishing bug, he sneaks off to the rivers at every available opportunity.

Becky is from Austin, Texas, and has four generations of her family living there. She worked in mortgage banking for 15 years and in her spare time, she and her mother catered weddings and other small events. After retiring from the mortgage industry Becky trained to become a massage therapist. Becky's warm Texan personality and her massage skills ensure a relaxing stay for guests at Tauhara Sunrise, while her culinary skills produce taste delights for breakfasts, hors d'oeuvres and dinners.
