Rates and Policies
At Tauhara Sunrise Lodge, we aim to keep the billing process as painless for you as possible. So, all of our rates include breakfast, as well as pre-dinner drinks and hors d'oevres, and government sales tax. Should you choose to dine with us we have a single fee of $80 per person for dinner with wine, including taxes. For those not wishing to drink wine or other alcoholic beverages with their meal, the fee reduces to $50 per person, including taxes. Our cellar includes a wide variety of award-winning New Zealand and Australian wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec, and we are as liberal with the wines as you care to be.

Policies
Payment Details
In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 25% of the total stay, or a current credit card number (Visa or
MasterCard, with expiry date) to guarantee the booking. If a credit card number is provided, nothing is charged to your credit card until the completion of your stay with us.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 2pm or later and check-out time is no later than 10:30am, unless by prior arrangement.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served according to your schedule, but no later than 9:30am.
Cancellations
In the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled booking the following applies:
25% of total cost of stay - 30 days prior
100% for each room night - 7 days prior
Consideration will be given to extenuating circumstances. Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the space in the event of a cancellation and if successful a refund will be made. In any event we strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
Non Smoking Policy
For the benefit of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted inside our lodge. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside the building.
